受阻酚类抗氧剂
1.该产品具有低挥发分和卓越的耐气体褪色性能。
2.受阻酚类抗氧剂以其与聚合物良好的相容性，较低的毒性和对环境污染小的特点正逐步取代芳胺类成为主要的抗氧剂品种。
3.有效防护处于高温或严峻环境下的大多数塑料、聚烯烃和各种弹性体等，尤其适用于PP, HDPE, LLDPE, HIPS, PBT, POM, PA, PU 和乳胶。
4.与亚磷酸酯类抗氧剂和高分子硫类抗氧剂协同使用，具有更好的耐热老化性能。
产品作用：
受阻酚类添加剂NOX-80对NR/BR并用胶性能影响的实验显示其对硫化特性、力学性能、老化特性以及动态力学性能的影响如下：
(1）受阻酚的加入会使 得NR/BR并用胶的t10和t90增大，MH减小，模量下降，MH-ML的值减小，材料的交联度降低。
（2）会使得并用胶硬度和回弹性下降，100％定伸应力和拉断伸长率先略微增加然后减小，拉伸强度和撕裂强度下降。
（3）100℃热空气老化24h后，加入受阻酚的胶料拉伸强度保持率和拉断伸长保持率都有一定程度提高，耐热空气老化性能改善。
（4）还使得胶料玻璃化转变区tanδ减小，0℃以上tanδ增加，材料阻尼性能得到改善。
