纯露，是芳香植物经过蒸馏的方式提取精油的附属产物。纯露是在精油的提炼过程中，分离出来的一种天然营养液。纯露的提取原理是利用蒸馏法萃取精油时，蒸汽不断穿过花瓣或植物本体，将植物组织中富含的大量养分的水溶性成分溶出，收集浮于上层的精油，下层冷却的液体即为纯露。部分蒸馏纯露，不将精油分离，这样的纯露效果更永久花纯露：治疗伤疤组织、加快伤口愈合.
【注意事项】
纯露虽然是纯天然的产品，比较温柔，但这是对一般人而言。也有极少数人是对花草、花粉超敏感性皮肤，对纯植物的东西有一种排斥或有些过敏反映(这种皮肤不是普通的"敏感"，而是对花草、花粉等纯植物的东西有排斥或过敏反应。)所以在用之前最好作测敏后再使用。或纯净水稀释使用都行。可以从10%或者20%逐渐用起来，直到适合你的肌肤。
