Applications
Eustab LS-310 is a hindered amine light stabilizer (HALS) with UV absorption properties. It represents a sophisticated combination of HALS functionality with UV-absorption functionality. Depending on the way of exploitation (light exposure conditions, type of polymer matrix), Eustab LS-310 molecules can undergo a photochemical reaction become chemically grafted to polymers. Thereby a highly persistent, non-extractable stabilizer is formed which gives an excellent long-term protection to the polymer.
Eustab LS-310 is recommended as a light stabilizer fpolyolefins, styrene plastics, PVC, PBT.
Eustab LS-310 is also recommended in all kind of coatings, air drying stoving enamels. The concentration should not exceed 1.5% of active stabilizer on solid resins. In clear coats, a combination from Eustab LS-310 an UV absorber would be recommended.
