制备方法

1、由乙二醇单乙醚与乙酐反应而得将乙酐和浓硫酸混合,加热到130℃后,慢慢滴加乙二醇单乙醚,反应温度维持在130-135℃,加完再加流1-2h,回流温度为140℃。冷却后用碳酸钠中和至pH=7-8,再以工业无水碳酸钾干燥。滤出干燥剂进行粗分馏,收集150-160℃间的馏出物。再分馏,收集155.5-156.5℃的馏分即为成品。 也可由乙二醇单乙醚与乙酸以浓硫酸催化,在苯中回流反应而得。乙二醇单乙醚在阳离子树脂催化下与乙酸反应,不断去掉生成的水,然后蒸馏得成品,此法乙酸转化率为94.5%,产品的选择性为98.5%。 2、2-乙氧基乙酸与乙醇反应法。 3、醋酸乙酯与乙氧基乙醇酯交换法。 4、醋酸与乙氧基乙醇反应法。 5、环氧乙烷和醋酸乙酯反应法。 6、非均相催化环氧乙烷法 该工艺采用高活性的固体酸为催化剂,在常温(50~100℃)、常压下,直接以环氧乙烷和乙酸乙酯为原料在非均相条件下一步合成乙二醇乙醚乙酸酯。工艺步骤简单、生产设备投资低、催化剂无污染,具有较强的技术优势。是由抚顺市化工研究设计院开发的最新方法。合成反应下:

合成制备方法

1.本品可溶解松香树脂、硝基纤维素、乙基纤维素、聚氯乙烯、聚苯乙烯、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、聚醋酸乙烯酯、酚醛树脂、醇酸树脂等。用作金属、家具喷漆和其他涂料、油墨的溶剂。也用作胶黏剂的稀释剂及水溶性涂料的溶剂。与其他化合物配合用作皮革粘合剂;油漆剥离剂;金属热镀抗腐蚀涂料等。 2.具有许多特殊的用途。可溶解松香树脂、聚苯乙烯、聚醋酸乙烯、聚氯乙烯、聚过氯乙烯、聚氨酯、环氧树脂、硝基纤维素、乙基纤维素、聚甲基丙烯酸甲酯、酚醛树脂、醇酸树脂、天然橡胶、氯丁橡胶、氯化橡胶、乙丙胶等。也用作胶黏剂的稀释剂及水溶性涂料的溶剂。还可用作金属、家具喷漆和其他涂料、油墨的溶剂。 3.用作硝酸纤维素、油脂、树脂的溶剂,及脱漆剂。

用途
