2-乙氧基乙醇 制备方法及用途

制备方法

由环氧乙烷与乙醇反应而得。在25-30℃,将环氧乙烷缓加入无水乙醇中,待温度升至70℃,反应完后放置过夜。回收乙醇,用10%氢氧化钠溶液中和至pH=8,分馏得粗品。精馏,收集133.5-135.5℃馏分得成品。每吨产品消耗环氧乙烷863kg,无水乙醇1020kg。

合成制备方法

1.由环氧乙烷与乙醇反应而得。在25-30℃,将环氧乙烷缓加入无水乙醇中,待温度升至70℃,反应完后放置过夜。回收乙醇,用10%氢氧化钠溶液中和至pH=8,分馏得粗品。精馏,收集133.5-135.5℃馏分得成品。每吨产品消耗环氧乙烷863kg,无水乙醇1020kg。

精制方法:易含的杂质有水分、二甘醇一乙醚(乙基卡必醇)、乙二醇和微量的酸、醛等。精制时加入氯化钙或无水硫酸钠干燥,然后分馏。若有过氧化物存在,可用二氯化锡回流,或将其通过活性氧化铝柱除去。

用途简介

用作溶剂,以及皮革着色剂、乳化剂、稳定剂、涂料稀释剂、脱漆剂、有机中间体等。

用途

1.本品常用作硝化纤维素、醋酸纤维、合成树脂、油漆的溶剂;皮革工业用于着色剂、乳液稳定剂、油墨溶剂;维生素B12精制溶剂;涂料工业用于配制油漆稀释剂、脱漆剂及制造喷漆的原料;纺织工业用于制造纤维的染色剂;有机化工中用于制造醋酸酯、乳液稳定剂等。本品除上述应用外,还可用于木材着色用染料的溶剂,石油皂、石油磺酸的溶剂,有机合成工业用于非油漆着色剂和用于制备有机化合物的中间体,以及分析化学试剂等。多乙二醇单乙醚主要用作涂料、油墨、染料、树脂、硝化纤维素的高沸点溶剂,此外,该产品还广泛用于高级汽车刹车液的配方中,还可用于制备酯类衍生物中间体等。

2.通用溶剂和电子工业用溶剂。用于皮革着色剂、 乳化液、 稳定剂等。

3.一种性能优良的溶剂。用作硝酸纤维素、树脂、油漆、油溶性染料及搪瓷的溶剂。也用作农药分散剂、纤维润湿剂、医药萃取剂、织物及塑料去污剂、金属清洁剂等。

4.用作溶剂,以及皮革着色剂、乳化剂、稳定剂、涂料稀释剂、脱漆剂等。[28]
