由甲烷与氯、无水氟化氢在流化床反应器中直接合成:反应后,分离氯化氢、干燥净化,再通过蒸馏切割分离其他氟氯甲烷而得成品。另一种生产方法是由氯仿与氟化氢在氟化剂存在下作用而得。
