制备方法

1.由六氯苯水解制得。 2.在三氯苯中通氯气进行氯化,得六氯苯,再和一定浓度的烧碱溶液加热升温,在一定的温度和压力下进行水解,反应产物经冷却、结晶、过滤和干燥即可。 3.利用六六六无效体为原料,经高压水解制得五氯酚钠。先配制浓度为160g/L的氢氧化钠溶液,按六氯苯与氢氧化钠摩尔比为1:(2.5~2.6),将六氯苯加入碱液中,搅拌均匀后送入水解釜。搅拌升温至压力达到2MPa时,停止加热,利用反应热使压力升至2.55MPa,相应的温度为230℃,保持近20min,水解即完成。卸压出料,冷却结晶,即得产品。

合成制备方法

用途简介

1.本品用作塑料和橡胶(天然乳胶)防菌剂,杀菌、防霉效果良好,对提高胶乳的机械稳定性和化学稳定性也有一定效果,与氨并用效果更好。通常用其20%的水溶液,一般用量为0.3%,并用氨量为0.1%。本品低毒,可用于食品包装材料黏合剂,是一种有效防霉剂。本品还可用作非选择性接触型除草剂,主要防除以种子繁殖的杂草。本品亦用作木材、淀粉、糊精、酪朊、明胶等物质的防腐剂。 2.杀菌剂。五氯酚钠使用浓度一般为50mg/L,不宜与阳离子药剂(如季铵盐等)共用,但其与某些阴离子表面活性剂复合使用,能够显著降低其用量,并提高杀菌效果。 3.用作水性胶黏剂的防腐剂。木材上涂0.8%~1.0%本品溶液,可防止木材的霉变及腐败,用0.1%~2.0%溶液处理纺织品可达到抗菌防霉要求。也用作皮革、纸浆、胶黏剂及涂料等的防腐剂,用量一般为0.1%~0.4%。还用作触杀型土壤处理除草剂及用于消灭钉螺、蚂蟥等软体动物。对真菌有杀灭功效,并能防止藻类及黏菌生长,用于循环冷却水杀菌灭藻处理时,使用浓度为100~500mg/L。

稳定性相关:

1.水溶液呈弱碱性,加酸酸化至PH6.8-6.6时,全部析出为五氯酚。受日光照射易分解,干燥时性质稳定,有特殊气味。
2.空气中浓度超标时,必须佩戴防毒口罩。操作人员应穿防酸碱工作服,戴防化学品手套,必要时戴安全防护眼镜。尽可能减少与本品直接接触。
