五氯苯酚标准溶液 制备方法及用途

制备方法

1.将固体氢氧化钠加入搅拌槽,搅拌下加水配制成160g/L左右的溶液,然后再于搅拌下按六氯苯与氢氧化钠的摩尔比为1∶(2.5~2.6)的比例,将六氯苯加入碱液中,搅拌均匀后用泵送入高压水解釜中。搅拌升温至釜内压力达2.0MPa时,停止加热,由于反应放热,反应釜内温度会自动升至230℃,釜内压力达2.55MPa。保持230℃反应20min,水解即完成。然后泄压出料,冷却结晶,过滤即得鳞片状固体五氯酚钠。2.将五氯酚钠加入反应釜,搅拌下加入31%的盐酸进行酸化,酸化温度保持在80~90℃。酸化结束后,产物经水洗、过滤、干燥即得产品。3.由三氯苯中通氯进行氯化,得六氯苯,六氯苯和一定浓度的烧碱溶液加热升温,在一定的温度和压力下进行水解,反应产物经冷却、结晶、过滤和干燥得五氯酚钠。

合成制备方法

用途简介

有机合成。农药残留量分析标准。控制白蚁的杀虫剂。除草剂。木材保存剂。用于有机合成,稻田防除稗草及木材防腐。也是广泛使用的防霉剂,灭菌效力高,适用于聚氯乙烯等塑料、涂料、皮革、粘合剂、橡胶、纤维、纸张等,一般用量 1- 5%。用于防治白蚁钉螺等亦有效。杀菌剂,与某些阴离子表面活性复合使用,能够显著降低其用量,提高杀菌效果。但不宜与阳离子药剂(如季铵盐等)共用。五氯酚钠使用质量浓度一般为50mg/L。 是最为廉价而广泛应用的防菌剂,对白蚁、穿孔虫等也有杀害功效。常用作木材、纤维制品、淀粉胶黏剂、皮革的防霉剂。但不宜用于电气设备的电缆或电线中,因其挥发物或分解生成的含氯化物对设备有腐蚀作用。也是拌种剂和土壤杀菌剂,用于防治棉花立枯病、猝倒病,小麦、高粱腥黑穗病,马铃薯痂疮病等。

用途

1.白色粉末或针状结晶。
溶于稀碱溶液、乙醇、丙酮、乙醚、苯等,微溶于烃类,几乎不溶于水。与氢氧化钠生成白色结晶状五氯酚钠。
本品有中等毒性,空气中浓度超标时,佩戴防毒面具。操作人员应佩戴安全面罩、穿相应的防护服和戴防化学品手套。
2.有毒。雄大鼠和雌大鼠经口LD50分别为146mg/kg和175mg/kg。对皮肤有刺激性。生产场所应通风良好,操作人员应穿戴防护用具。
