偏二甲肼 制备方法及用途

制备方法

1.本品可以氨水;氯化胺和二甲胺为原料经反应合成制得。先将氨水和次氯酸钠分别送入一步反应器进行反应生成氯代胺,然后将氯代胺送入二步反应器与二甲胺水溶液进行合成,生成偏二甲肼水溶液,再将此合成液送入一系列精馏塔进一步蒸馏精馏,脱除过量的氨;二甲胺和偏腙,加碱提浓、脱气后,即得成品。 2.制N,N-二甲肼 在装有机械搅拌器、滴液漏斗和温度计的5升圆底烧瓶中,加入200克(2.7摩尔)亚硝基二甲胺、3升水和650克(10克原.子)100%的锌粉。将反应混合物置水浴中加热以保持温度在25-30℃,在搅拌下滴加1升(14摩尔)85%乙酸,约2小时。然后在60℃加热1小时,冷却,滤去多余的锌粉,并用少量水洗涤合并水溶液,置于进行水汽蒸馏的12升烧瓶中,烧版上装滴液漏斗,从漏斗中加入1000克氢氧化钠浓溶液使水溶液呈明显的碱性,进行水汽蒸馏直至馏出物对Fehling溶液只有微弱的还原作用时为止,约蒸出5一6升馏出物即足以将二甲肼完全带出。 馏出液用650毫升浓盐酸处理后,在减压和蒸汽浴上浓缩,直残余物变浆状为止。将浆状物滴到大过量的固体氢氧化钠上,再进行蒸馏直至温度升至100℃为止,可得到二甲肼的浓水溶液。若在二甲肼浓水溶液中加入氢氧化钾,放置干燥,重行蒸馏,馏出液收集于盛有氢氧化钡的接受器中,放置数日后再进行蒸馏,收集62~65℃/765mm馏份即为无水二甲肼。若将浆状物用无水乙醇处理后可得到白色晶体的二甲肼盐酸盐。

合成制备方法

稳定性相关:

1.化学性质:有强还原性,与任何氧化剂接触均导致燃烧、爆炸。有强吸湿性。与酸作用生成盐;与亚硝酸作用生成二甲胺;与醛、酮反应生成腙。

2.剧毒,可致癌。蒸气吸入后出现鼻腔及咽喉部的刺激症状,呼吸困难,恶心、剧烈呕吐及神经系统症状,神经衰弱,步态不稳,抽搐、昏迷等。眼部表现为轻度结膜炎。白鼠经口LD50为265mg/kg。工作场所空气中有毒物质时间加权平均容许浓度为0.5mg/m3;短时间接触容许浓度为1.5mg/m3。中毒后无特效解毒剂,只能对症治疗。美国职业安全与健康管理局规定空气中最大容许曝露浓度为1mg/m3。
