一缩二乙二醇 制备方法及用途

制备方法

1.一缩二乙二醇是环氧乙烷制乙醇时的副产品。工艺流程:用直接水合法将环氧乙烷与水按1:8混合送入混合反应器,在150℃MPa下,反应40-60min,生成脱水塔进一步脱水;塔底的乙二醇混合液送入乙二醇塔,塔顶可得99.8%以上的乙二醇。塔底液送入一缩精馏塔,在塔顶温度135-140℃,压力4.0KPa下,从塔顶得到一缩二乙二醇。继续分离,可得二缩三乙二醇、三缩四乙二醇。精制方法:所含杂质有水、乙二醇、三甘醇等。可用减压蒸馏后分步结晶的方法精制。取二甘醇1650mL进行减压分馏,弃去480mL初馏分,收集1000mL中间馏分进行分步结晶,可得700mL二甘醇。2. 与酸酐作用时生成酯,与烷基硫酸酯或卤代烃作用生成醚。3. 合成:由环氧乙烷与乙二醇作用而制得。也是环氧乙烷水合制乙二醇时的副产品。

用途简介

用作气体脱水剂和芳烃抽提溶剂,也用作纺织品的润滑剂、软化剂和整理剂,以及增塑剂、增湿剂、上浆剂、硝基纤维素、树脂和油脂等溶剂。

用途

1.主要用作气体脱水剂和芳烃萃取溶剂。也用作硝酸纤维素、树脂、油脂、印刷油墨等的溶剂,纺织品的软化剂、整理剂,以及从煤焦油中萃取香豆酮和茚等。此外,二甘醇还用作刹车油配合剂、赛璐珞柔软剂、防冻剂和乳液聚合时的稀释剂等。还用于橡胶及树脂增塑剂;聚酯树脂;纤维玻璃;氨基甲酸酯泡沫;润滑油粘度改进剂等产品的生产。用作合成不饱和聚酯树脂等。

2.用作合成不饱和聚酯树脂、增塑剂等。还用于防冻剂、气体脱水剂、增塑剂、溶剂、芳烃抽提剂、卷烟吸湿剂、纺织品润滑剂及整理剂、糨糊及各种胶的防干剂、还原染料吸湿助溶剂等。是油脂、树脂、硝化纤维素等的常用溶剂。

毒理学数据:

1、刺激性:兔子经皮:500mg    轻度刺激。

                         兔子经眼:50mg     轻度刺激。

2、急性毒性:大鼠经口LD50:12565mg/kg;兔子经皮LD50:11890mg/kg

3、属微毒类。可经皮吸收,对皮肤黏膜刺激小。与乙二醇相似对中枢神经系统有抑制作用。能引起肾脏病理改变及尿路结石。人一次口服致死量估计为1mL/kg。服用二甘醇后约24小时出现恶心、呕吐、腹痛、腹泻等肠胃道症状。致死者随之出现头痛、肾区疼痛、一时性多尿然后少尿、嗜睡、面部轻度浮肿等。无尿发生后2~7日内昏迷而死。故本品应禁作药用,避免长期与皮肤接触。

第六部分:泄漏应急处理
应急处理: 迅速撤离泄漏污染区人员至安全区,并进行隔离,严格限制出入。切断火源。建议应急处理人员戴自吸过滤式防毒面具(全面罩),穿防毒服。尽可能切断泄漏源。防止流入下水道、排洪沟等限制性空间。小量泄漏:用砂土、蛭石或其它惰性材料吸收。也可以用大量水冲洗,洗水稀释后放入废水系统。大量泄漏:构筑围堤或挖坑收容。用泵转移至槽车或专用收集器内,回收或运至废物处理场所处置。
