用途

聚乙二醇二硬脂酸脂

化学性质	本品为白色固体，可溶于异丙醇、甘油、汽油类溶剂，分散于水中，熔点35～37℃。
用途	本品在化妆品和洗涤剂工业中用作乳化剂、增稠剂，亦可用作各种树脂的增塑剂、研磨膏和抛光膏的去水组分。
生产方法	将1 mol聚乙二醇400投入反应釜中，加热熔融，开搅拌，加入催化剂量的硫酸和2 mol硬脂酸。升温，在0.6 kPa下回流6 h左右，放料到中和釜，中和至酸值9～10mgKOH/g，中和完毕。放掉废碱水，加适量的双氧水脱色，趁热搅拌成型，干燥后包装即为成品。
