用途:本品仅供科研,不得用于其它用途。(以下用途仅供参考)常用于基于MTT检测方法的细胞活力、细胞增殖或细胞毒性检测。因为MTT具有正电荷,它可以穿过细胞膜并被线粒体还原形成紫色甲臜染料。溶解MTT甲臜染料需要使用有机溶剂。脱氢酶的检测,生化研究中酶活力的测定,测定NADH2、NADPH2和心肌黄酶(Diaphorase)。
