桉叶油，又称白千层脑、桉树脑，是一种无色油状液体，在桉树油、玉树油、樟脑油、月桂叶油等物质中提取而来，广泛用于医药，配制牙膏香精等。无色或微黄色液体。呈特有清凉尖刺桉叶香气并带几分樟脑气味，带些药气，有辣口清凉感，香气强烈而不持久。有一定防霉及杀菌防腐作用。几乎不溶于水，溶于乙醇、无水乙醇、油和脂肪中。闪点为50℃。
