General                                                                                

KEYCURE 8027 is a highly efficient UV curing additive which is used to initiate the photopolymerisation of reactive prepolymers - e.g. acrylates

- in combination with mono- multifunctional monomers.

 

KEYCURE 8027 is completely aligned with market requirements in terms of productivity emission.

This new photo-initiatis remarkable by its:

- excellent reactivity i.e. superiority over conventional a Hydroxyketones like PI-184 PI-1173;

- low sensitivity to oxygen inhibition;

- low emission odafter curing.

 

KEYCURE 8027 is especially suitable fall types of pigmented UV-inks (offset, screen, flexo Ink Jet) Clear coatings, in particular in thin coatings like overprint varnishes but also in a variety of coating applications.

     Application                                                                        

 

KEYCURE 8027 may be used after adequate testing alone in combination with suitable co-initiators, such as PI-379,PI-819 fUV curable inks in coating formulations fapplications on paper, wood, metal plastic materials. Its red-shifted absorption spectrum makes it especially suitable fUV curable inks in general semi opaque systems.

In these applications it delivers properties like very high cure speed low odor. In UV curable inks it gives (in combination with other photoinitiators) outstanding surface cure properties.

Low sensitivity to oxygen inhibition associated with reduced emission are of particular interest foverprint varnishes ftop coats fwood parquets.

In UV curable cationic inks coatings the use of KEYCURE 8027 as a co-initiattogether with e.g. PI-250 has been demonstrated to result in an exceptionally high-performance formulation.

The amount of KEYCURE 8027 required foptimum performance should be determined in trials covering a concentration range.

2.对氧的阻聚作用低敏感。

3.固化后低挥发和低气味。

 

KEYCURE 8027光引发活性与 1173 184 相当;对氧气敏感性较低,表面固化效果较好,适用于低粘度、薄涂层UV 涂料。由于分子量大,挥发性低,自身气味及光解产物气味较低,特别适合用于对气味有要求的UV清漆和面漆。与379819等光引发剂组合使用,可获得的光引发活性,可用于UV油墨和喷墨UV油墨。

 

KEYCURE 8027特别适用于各种类型的UV墨水和透明涂层,特别是像复印清漆那样的薄涂层。

     应用                                                                              

 

KEYCURE 8027特别适用于各种类型的UV墨水和透明涂层,特别是复印清漆那样的薄涂层。经过测试可单独使用或者与适当的引发剂混合使用。如与PI-379PI- 819混合时,吸收光谱红移,可用于UV固化油墨和普通半不透明体系。在这些应用中表现出非常高的固化速度和低气味,在UV固化油墨中(与其它光引发剂结合)提供显著的表面固化性。


    低挥发性和对氧气阻聚作用的低敏感使KEYCURE 8027在复印清漆(油墨)和木质地板顶漆方面有较好的效果。


    UV光固化阳离子油墨和涂料KEYCURE 8027与其它引发剂如阳离子引发剂 250混合使用已被证实是非常的配方。
