Chemstab UV-22 is an in-can stabilizer that acts as a polymerization inhibitto help prevent the degradation of UV curable compositions. In addition, it helps to preserve shelf life stability. Chemstab UV-22 is recommended for: • Printing ink formulations • Coating formulations |

Processing |
It is generally not recommended to add more than 2.0% by weight of this additive because this may have a negative impact on the curing performance of the formulations. The final dosage should be determined experimentally inder to obtain an optimized balance between the stabilization effect the curing performance. |

Recommended Concentrations |
A usage level of 0.2 – 1.5% by weight of the final formulation is recommended. A preferred starting point is 0.5% by weight of the final composition. |
Storage Conditions
Do not expose to direct sunlight. Store at room temperature below 50°C. Avoid contact with alkaline additives water. The product is stable f2 years, in original, tightly closed containers stored under the above mentioned conditions.
