制备方法

1.将黄磷 ( 或白磷) 、过量的氢氧化钙水溶液于98℃下进行反应: 反应中生的磷化氢引出后用10%的硫酸铜溶液吸收 ( 要注意安全! ) 。反应结束后,冷却,通入二氧化碳至溶液ph值为7.5~8.0,沉淀出过量氢氧化钙。滤出沉淀并用水洗涤数次,洗液并入滤液,然后分次少量加入20%的碳酸钠溶液至溶液对酚酞呈弱碱性: 过滤,滤液真空蒸发浓缩至密度为1.16时,重新过滤。滤液第二次蒸发浓缩至出现结晶薄膜,冷却结晶,甩干后,于80~95℃干燥,可制得次磷酸钠。母液可回收利用。
