制备方法

1.臭氧易分解,不能贮存与运输,必须在使用现场随用随制。人工生成臭氧有化学法、紫外法、辐照法和无声放电法。水处理常用无声放电法。 2.实验室制备一般是使干燥的空气或者氧气通过几千伏电压的两个电极而产生。用空气制备的臭氧浓度一般在1%~2%,而用氧气制备的浓度则能达到3%~4%。

合成制备方法

1.臭氧是比氧更活泼的氧化剂。可以同无机物和有机物(烯烃类双键化合物、芳香族化合物等)进行反应。臭氧易溶于水,在相同条件下,臭氧比空气、氧气在水中的溶解度都大,在0~30℃时要大10倍还多。但随水温升高,溶解度降低。臭氧在水中的分解可由OH-催化作用,经过氧化氢而形成氧。臭氧分解的
半衰期随温度升高而减少,随水中ph值升高而减少。它可以吸收太阳辐射中的大部分紫外线,从而保护人类及其他生物,免受紫外线伤害。在空气中有极低浓度的臭氧,具有新鲜气味,使人感到清新,有益健康。

2.长时间吸入较高浓度的臭氧会引起呼吸道和眼睛刺激。严重时会损伤肺部组织,并引起胸闷、头痛。工作环境应通风良好,工作人员应穿戴好防护用具,避免臭氧伤害,严重时关闭臭氧发生源。

3.对所有黏膜具有强烈的刺激性,浓度大于0.1 μL/L就有很高的毒性。当臭氧浓度在0.1 μL/L时会有特征的气味。所有操作都必须在通风橱,并且应该有硫代硫酸钠溶液以消耗过量的臭氧。液态臭氧具有强烈的爆炸性。

第六部分:泄漏应急处理
应急处理: 切断火源。切断气源,勿使泄漏物与可燃物质(木材、纸、油等)接触,抽排(室内)或强力通风(室外)。漏气容器不能再用,且要经过技术处理以清除可能剩下的气体。
第七部分:操作处置与储存
操作注意事项: 密闭操作,全面通风。操作人员必须经过专门培训,严格遵守操作规程。建议操作人员佩戴自吸过滤式防毒面具(全面罩),戴化学安全防护眼镜,穿防毒物渗透工作服,戴橡胶手套。远离火种、热源,工作场所严禁吸烟。远离易燃、可燃物。防止气体泄漏到工作场所空气中。避免与还原剂接触。搬运时要轻装轻卸,防止包装及容器损坏。配备相应品种和数量的消防器材及泄漏应急处理设备。倒空的容器可能残留有害物。
