五、性状：七水物结晶为无色柱状或针状晶体，干燥品为白色结晶性粉末或粉末。无臭，均有咸味和苦味。易溶于水（119.8%，20℃），缓慢溶于甘油，微溶于乙醇，水溶液呈中性。
六、用途：营养强化剂（镁强化剂）、固化剂、增味剂、加工助剂。酿造用添加剂，补充酿造用水的镁，作为发酵时的营养源，提高发酵能力,改善合成清酒的风味（0.002%）,调整水的硬度。
七、包装：内衬聚乙烯塑料袋，外套复合塑料编织袋包装，每袋净重25kg。
八、贮存与运输：本品应贮存在干燥通风清洁的库房中，装载运输时要轻装轻放，防止包装破损，防止受潮、受热，运输过程中防止雨淋受潮，应与有毒物品隔离。

5、Character: Heptahydrate is colorless prismatic needle-shaped crystal. Anhydrous is white crystalline powder powder. It’s odorless, tastes bitter salty. It is freely soluble in water (119.8%, 20℃) glycerin，slightly soluble in ethanol. The aqueous solution is neutral.
6、Usage: In food industry, it is used as nutritional fortifier (Magnesium fortifier), solidification, flavagent，process aid brew additive. It is used as nutritional source to improve ferment the taste of synthesizes saka（0.002%）. It also could modify water hardness.
7、Packing: It is packed with polyethylene bag as inner layer, a compound plastic woven bag as outer layer. The net weight of each bag is 25kg.
8、Storage Transport: It should be stored in a dry ventilative warehouse, kept away from heat moisture during transportation, unloaded with care so as to avoid damage. Furthermore, it must be stored separately from poisonous substances.
