维生素D3 制备方法及用途

制备方法

1.将7-脱氢胆固醇溶于乙醇,用紫外光照射开环,反应液浓缩、冷冻、过滤,滤液通氮减压浓缩至干,得粗维生素D3液。再经精制而得维生素D3。2.从植物油或酵母中提取人体不能吸收的7-脱氢胆固醇,溶于氯仿或环己烷,用紫外线照射转化成维生素D33.将7-脱氢胆固醇溶于乙醇,用紫外光照射开环,反应液浓缩、冷冻、过滤,滤液通氮减压浓缩至干,得粗维生素D3,再经精制即可。

合成制备方法

1.将7-脱氢胆固醇溶于乙醇,用紫外光照射开环,反应液浓缩、冷冻、过滤,滤液通氮减压浓缩至干,得粗维生素D3液。再经精制而得维生素D3。
2.从植物油或酵母中提取人体不能吸收的7-脱氢胆固醇,溶于氯仿或环己烷,用紫外线照射转化成维生素

用途简介

维生素D3的维生素类药,主要促进肠内钙磷的吸收和沉积,用于治疗佝偻病及骨质软化病。

用途

1.维生素D为脂溶性维生素。已知具有维生素D效果的化合物有十几种,无系类甾醇衍生物,其中具有重要实际意义的是维生素D2和维生素D3两种。世界上以D3为主,维生素D的“国际标准物质”也是D3的纯结晶。维生素D的主要功能是钙、磷的代谢,难促进钙、磷吸收以及骨骼钙化。人体缺乏D时,吸收钙、磷的能力降低,血中的钙、磷水平下降,使钙、磷不能在骨组织中沉积,甚至骨盐还会溶解,阴碍了骨骼的钙化。儿童缺乏则得佝偻病,成人则得骨软化病。日本以生产和使用D2为多,在各种需求量中,医药占30%,饲料添加剂占65%,食品添加剂占5%。按我国卫生部颁布的“食品营养强化剂使用卫生标准(1993)”规定,作为营养增补剂的D2和D3可用于液体奶、人造奶油、乳制品和婴幼儿食品。

2.维生素强化剂。可用于饮料、果汁、糖果、面包、罐头、婴幼儿食品、高铁谷类等制品中。我国规定可用于强化人造奶油,使用量为125~156μg/kg;在强化乳制品中使用量为63~125μg/kg;在强化婴幼儿食品中使用量为50~100μg/kg;在强化乳及乳饮料中使用量为10~40μg/kg;在强化固体饮料和冰淇淋中使用量为10~20μg/kg。
3.维生素D3能保持钙、磷代谢正常,促进机体对钙和磷的吸收。猪对维生素D2和维生素D3的利用率是同等的,但禽类对维生素D2的利用率仅为D3的1/3~1/40。D3缺乏时,蛋壳变薄,产蛋率下降,发生佝偻病。

稳定性相关:

无色结晶。在潮湿空气中几天就氧化失活,纯结晶在棕色真空安瓿中冰箱相存放一年后仅有极微量变质。通常维生素D3比维生素D2稳定。D3存在于人和大多数动物组织中,在鱼肝油、肝、鱼子、乳汁、奶油和蛋黄等食物中含D3量丰富。人体皮肤内含有维生素D3的前体7-脱氢胆固醇,经日光或紫外线照射,可转变为D3,故多晒太阳可防止维生素D缺乏。
